President Barack Obama will be speaking to Sky News’ Political Editor Adam Boulton in a UK broadcast exclusive this Saturday, 11 July 2009.

Excitement has been mounting to fever pitch in Ghana ahead of the visit of the first ever black US President. Sky News will speak to President Obama during his whistle-stop trip about the reaction he’s received in Ghana, as well as issues such as race, climate change and other key topics affecting the continent now and in the future.  

Highlights from the interview will be screened from Saturday evening on Sky News, while the full exclusive interview will be shown on Sunday Live With Adam Boulton from 10am on Sunday morning.

There will also be extensive coverage online at www.skynews.com , where the full interview will be available first, overnight on Saturday. Visitors to the site will also be able to read Adam Boulton’s blog, plus there will be reaction from Sky News’ Executive Producer Jonathan Levy who will be present during proceedings in Ghana.
