Philippa Hall

Philippa Hall presents the news on Sky News Active, Sky News’ red button service.

She joined Sky News in 2007 working as a producer in Sky News Active before becoming a presenter last year.  Prior to joining Sky, Philippa worked on BBC local radio after a degree in International Theatre at Royal Holloway University and a post-graduate diploma in Broadcast Journalism at The University of Westminster.

Philippa was brought up on her family farm in Leicestershire and still likes to return home to pick fresh produce from the garden.  She is a fan of the outdoors and enjoys sports such as skiing, tennis, diving and recently horse riding after over coming an 18 year long fear by going on a riding holiday in South Africa.

Philippa is currently undergoing a wine tasting and making course and hopes to set up a vine yard on her parent’s farm.
